These License Terms explain how customers may use ExpoLeadBase digital datasets, exhibitor databases, downloadable files, custom research reports, and related data products.

When you purchase or receive a dataset from ExpoLeadBase, you receive a limited license to use the data for your own internal business research, sourcing, sales preparation, market analysis, and related commercial planning. You do not receive ownership of the original public source content or the right to resell, republish, or redistribute the dataset.

What you may do with ExpoLeadBase data

Sales and sourcing preparation

Internal team sharing
You may share the purchased files with employees, contractors, or team members who are working on your internal business project, provided they follow these terms.
What you may not do
To protect our work, source transparency, and fair use of digital products, the following activities are not allowed unless we provide written permission.
No resale or sublicensing
You may not resell, sublicense, lease, rent, package, or commercially redistribute ExpoLeadBase datasets as your own data product.
No public republishing
You may not upload, publish, mirror, index, or make our complete datasets publicly available on websites, marketplaces, forums, file-sharing platforms, or public repositories.
No official affiliation claims
You may not claim that ExpoLeadBase datasets are official event organizer databases, official exhibitor lists, or endorsed by trade show organizers unless explicitly stated.
Main license terms
These terms apply to standard downloadable products and custom research deliverables provided by ExpoLeadBase, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
License grant
After purchase or delivery, ExpoLeadBase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased or delivered data product for your own internal business purposes, subject to these License Terms.
Ownership and intellectual property
ExpoLeadBase retains ownership of its database compilation work, formatting, organization, cleaning structure, page design, file structure, product descriptions, and value-added research notes. Third-party public source content remains subject to the rights of its respective owners.
Public source data
Many ExpoLeadBase datasets are compiled from publicly available business information, including exhibitor directories, company websites, public trade show pages, catalog pages, and other public B2B sources. Please review our Data Source Notice for more information.
Data accuracy and completeness
We make reasonable efforts to organize useful business data, but we do not guarantee that any dataset is complete, error-free, current, or suitable for every specific purpose. Public company information, booth numbers, websites, emails, phone numbers, and product categories may change after collection.
Responsible use
You are responsible for using ExpoLeadBase data in compliance with applicable laws, privacy rules, email marketing regulations, anti-spam laws, platform rules, and any local compliance obligations in your target market.
No unlawful or harmful use
You may not use ExpoLeadBase data for fraud, phishing, harassment, illegal surveillance, credential collection, spam campaigns, identity abuse, unauthorized access, or any unlawful or harmful activity.
Custom research deliverables
Custom research files are licensed for the purchasing customer’s internal business use unless otherwise agreed in writing. Custom project pricing does not automatically include exclusive ownership, resale rights, or unrestricted redistribution rights.
Updates and revisions
Unless a product page or custom agreement specifically includes updates, a purchase provides access to the delivered version of the dataset. Future updates, expanded versions, additional fields, or new event-year datasets may require a separate purchase.
Refund and delivery limitations
Because our products are digital downloads and custom data deliverables, refund eligibility may be limited after file delivery or access. Refunds, corrections, or replacements may be reviewed based on the product description, delivery status, and specific issue reported.
Termination of license
If you violate these License Terms, ExpoLeadBase may terminate your license, restrict future access, cancel pending services, and request that you stop using, publishing, or redistributing the affected data products.
